Here you live rural next to the lake and nature but with short distances to Stockholm. Parking for one car available. In about 40 minutes you can get to central Stockholm. Best suited for adult guests may the topography of the property.

Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. Welcome to our villa, which is located in a quiet and beautiful countryside, surrounded by forest and open fields. It's perfect for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still be close to everything. The villa is quite large and has a lovely, large pool of 50 m² that is perfect for cooling off or just hanging out and having fun. The large garden is super nice and perfect for everything from soccer and kubb to picnics or just relaxing in the sun.
