Monthly Rentals in Tunstall Reservoir

It was very clean and tidy. The building was decorated/maintained to a really good standard. We had plenty of, tea, coffe and milk provided. They also provided a good amount of bin bags, toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs etc... We loved the property and had a great stay.

Lovely venue. Maybe a little cluttered, but was immaculately clean beneath that. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept like logs. We particularly enjoyed the games room - we brought our own board games which we enjoyed at the large 8 seater table but had an amazing time. Jeff was a great host, and had left a selection of fruit/chocolate out, as well as some fresh eggs which were much appreciated. There is a great public footpath besides the cottage which leads into a beautiful woodland area which is worth a walk too. Would highly recommend - especially for the price this was fantastic.

A great 3 night stay whilst visiting family in the local area. Room was clean and spacious bed was comfy and the room had all amenities we needed for a few days. En-suite clean with a nice large shower and plenty of hot water, The area was lovely and quiet, easy to get to, instructions were clear and parking easy. Stayed here while working in the area. Sarah's property is wonderful, it's in a beautiful location and Sarah is an amazing host. Quick to respond to all communication, nothing was too much trouble. We rebooked immediately for the following week as we did not want to miss the opportunity to stay here again.
