Beautiful 48 m2 apartment located on the heights of Ampuis halfway between Lyon and Saint-Etienne with access to the highway 10 minutes away. Located in the heart of the Côtes Rôties vineyards, you can enjoy the many hikes in the Pilat Nature Park as well as the many bike rides (Via Rhôna 5 kilometers away). Equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 140 cm bed and wall cupboard, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Outdoor courtyard.

Quiet 2-person studio in the Pilat

If you'd like a relaxing and quiet stay, you've found the right place. I offer you a small Studio for 1 or 2 people located in the Pilat Natural Park, at the Croix Régis pass in the commune of HAIES. Babies are also welcome: on request, I will install a baby bed and a small bathtub. The studio is located 10 km from Givors, Rive de Gier, Condrieu, Vienne and Loire sur Rhône. Trains from Givors station reach Lyon Part Dieu in 18 minutes.

Le P'tit Loft is a cosy studio, ideal for couples and families of up to 4 people. Located in an outbuilding on our property, in the heart of a peaceful village, it provides access to the swimming pool and the garden. There is a children's playground a short distance away in the Château park. We live on site and will be happy to host you. As an extra: private spa, breakfasts, aperitif platters, wines, beers, champagne and local juices.
