Holiday rentals with a patio in Turgutköy Köyü

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, miejsce było bardzo czyste, zadbane i świetnie wyposażone. Wszystko czego można było potrzebować było na miejscu. 15min piechotą do centrum starego miasta i 10 min do przystanku autobusowego. Kontakt z właścicielami bardzo dobry. Bardzo szybko odpisują na wiadomości. Zdecydowanie polecamy to mieszkanie :)

The apartment is beautiful and the view is even more stunning in person. The apartment is immaculately clean, functional and has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Ioannis and his wife are extremely kind hosts very helpful, they also have a gorgeous dog called Ben. Ioannis was so friendly and nothing was a problem, he provided extra towels and coffee, gave us restaurant and outing suggestions. An amazing property at a great price. The walk to town took 10 mins, to the beach approx 25 mins. The walk home after a few glasses of retsina took a little longer but we enjoyed getting our steps in every day

Traumhaft, modern, ansprechend, edel, alles vorhanden, wirklich zentral! 7 min. zu Fuß der schönste Strand der Welt! Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig in der Suite. Die Gastgeberin weiß über alles bestens Bescheid, sie ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich um jede Frage. Respekt und Dankeschön für deine Mühe! What a beautiful apartment! I loved every thing about it, the location, the size, super comfortable bed, clean bathroom and amazing kitchen and living room area! Host was super friendly and welcoming and adapter check in and check out to me, which was so helpful! I really felt at home and didn't want to leave, it was so comfortable! I will definitely stay here again the next time I come back, such a wonderful place and host! Also got a beautiful welcome wine which was a lovely surprise. Thank you for the lovely accommodation!

Turunç 'a tepeden bakan, önü açık, kimsenin sizi rahatsız edemeyeceği, çok güzel manzarası olan bir ev. Kış sezonu itibariyle araç, insan veya hayvan gürültüsü yok. Sadece sessizlik ve huzur var. Ev eşyalarının hepsi yeni. Temiz ve hiçbir kötü koku yok. Tüm cihazlar çalışıyor. (3 Klima, 2 televizyon, çamaşır, kurutma ve bulaşık makineleri, fırın, çay - kahve makineleri, airfry, tost makinesi.) Hepsini kullandık. Mutfakta aklınıza gelecek her şey mevcut. Hiç bir eksik yok. Tuvalet, banyo, yatak, yastık, çarşaflar tertemizdi. 2 yatak odasında 2 tane double yatak var. Salon güzel. Kış bahçesine BAYILDIK. Evdeki vaktimizin çoğunu burada geçirdik. (Ev Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel.) Kış mevsimi olmasına rağmen ev çok güzel ısınıyor. Hiç üşümedik. Sitenin ücretsiz otoparkı mevcut. I stayed here with my 2 teenage daughters and we loved it. The house is very well furnished and equipped, and it’s clear that care has been taken to make sure it has everything you might need, include kitchen and bathroom basics. Both bedrooms are good sizes and have aircon (if needed) and the outside courtyard is a really lovely place to chill out. The location is incredible - right in the middle of the old town. There are great restaurants and bakeries within a few minutes walk and there’s also a handy supermarket very nearby, plus all the other more touristy shops. It’s a 15 minute walk from the central bus station and 25 minutes from the town beach. We took the ferry over to Symi one day, which was a fun trip and much cheaper than the tourist boat tours. Alexandra was charming to deal with and we were very grateful for our late check out as our flight back to London was in the evening. I would thoroughly recommend her place to anyone wanting to stay in Rhodes town. A great Airbnb.

Such an incredible location. We loved all the quaint back alley walkways. The bazaar was super close and there were so many awesome restaurants to choose from right on your doorstep!

Manouil is the most helpful and friendly host! He sent super clear instructions on how to get to the house and met us there early so we could check in straight from our flight. The house is beautiful and so clean - there’s also a lovely balcony outside which we made good use of. We cooked lots of meals in the house, which is very well equipped with everything you need, including a full size fridge and freezer. Manouil provided us with lots of great recommendations and kept in touch during our stay in case we needed anything. Again check out was super flexible and helpful. Such a great place to stay!

Such a wonderful apartment in the heart of the Old Town. So much care and character has gone into designing it, from the colourful walls to the beautiful furniture. We found everything we needed for a perfect stay - whether it’s the kitchen equipment for cooking, the coffee machine, hair dryers in the bathrooms, etc. The view from the lounge upstairs is incredible, with wonderful light throughout the day. The location is perfect for the Old Town. The apartment is on a very quiet ‘second’ street, and only the occasional tourist stops to take a photo of the incredible front! There’s a well stocked shop 5 mins walk away (Bazaar), which had everything we needed. All the restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Symi was outstanding, the house surpassed the description on Airbnb and from the moment we entered the property and walked through the courtyard entrance we were overjoyed. Comfortable beds, super clean house and goodies in the fridge plus water provided on our arrival. The balcony was our high point and we spent hours between us just admiring the beautiful view and watching the sunrise. We only wish we had stayed longer, thank you for a beautiful experience.

Çok keyifli bir evdi. Biz konaklarken diğer dairelerde 2 gece doldu sadece, çok rahattı. Sezon dışı gittiğimiz için bölgede tabi inşaatlar var , onların gürültülerine maruz kalıyorsunuz evdeyken. Söğüt keyifli bir bölge çok iyi restoranlar var , mevsim itibariyle çok çok güzel 5 gün geçirdik, çok teşekkürler.

We enjoyed our stay at the beginning of March a lot! The house has been recently renovated with a lot of devotion and attention to detail and thus now appears nicelly decorated and furnished with high quality furniture and applicances to make you feel comfortable and welcomed immediately. The house and kitchen were fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Located centrally but still quiet we could explore the city by foot. Parking was conveniently possible in the vicinity of the place to explore the Island. Our host showed great Greek hospitality - thank you so much, Panos, for welcoming us at your place - and was always approachable to provide us with helpfull recommendations for restaurants and trips. THANK YOU AGAIN! We fully recommed a stay at Panos' place.

We regularly visit Rhodes and we always use Airbnb. Our needs of changed over the years with family and children and it is now just the two of us normally. This was the first time we had stayed in Newtown area and we will definitely be doing it again. The apartment was incredibly modern, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and was private . What attracted us from the photos was the most amazing Zen garden and we were not disappointed! It was a total Oasis for us to chill out and do yoga. The apartment is in walking distance of amazing restaurants, shops, the new town and the Old Town. The televisions were incredible and we had access to Netflix, which was great when it was raining. Our host was fabulous, never bothered us, left us to enjoy our holiday yet was there every time we needed him. Honestly faultless, one of the best stays we have had in Rodos. Would highly recommend this apartment for a couple wanting peace and tranquil yet be near to everything.

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

Appartement très cool et bien placé ! La plage, la vieille ville, la ville nouvelle, tout est accessible à pied et il est très facile de se garer dans la rue! Deux petits commerces de proximité juste en face (dont une épicerie BIO) ce qui est très pratique et une top boulangerie à 5 minutes à pied. Certains soirs, l'eau chaude de la douche pouvait mettre un peu de temps à arriver mais bon c'est le charme des îles ! Un appartement que je recommande fortement!

Gökhan beye teşekkür ederim. Sıcak karşılama ve buzdolabındaki ikramlar için. Her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi. Bir sürprizle karşılaşmadım. Bebeğimizle kaldık ve çok temizdi. Bir ıslak mendil aldım ve her yeri onunla sildim, en son baktığımda hiç kullanılmamış gibi bembeyaz ve üzerinde toz dahi yoktu. Marmarise geldiğimde tekrardan görüşmek üzere. Teşekkürler

Das Appartment von Paulos war wunderschön. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist der Ballkon mit dem Wirlpool, super. Sehr moderne Küche. 2 Airconditioner welche die Wohnung schön kühl hielten. Die verschiedenen Strände sind in 5-10 Min erreichbar. Restaurants hat es Rund um das Appartment sehr viele. Einen Aufenthalt wert!
