A mini Chalet with magnificent village and pond views , where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the coastline,beach clubs such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca (places such as coastal beach, mali beach, Battery beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık horse bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house, which were later included in our house.

Tamamen ahşap olarak inşa edilen evimizde banyo ve tuvaleti ayrı olan 3 yatak odası ve 2 salon bulunmaktadır. Gün içinde çiftlikteki eşekler, koyunlar ve kazlarla vakit geçirebilir, yoga iskelemizde yoga yapabilir ve kar mevsiminde kızaklarla kayabilirsiniz. Ayrıca çiftliğimizin bitişiğinden başlayan ormanın içinde pek çok yürüyüş rotası mevcut.

Yıllar önce hayalimiz olan bir barı (Antre No.4) burada kurduk; 3 yıl boyunca güzel anılar biriktirdiğimiz, çevresiyle bütünleşmiş özel bir alan yarattık. Zamanla gece hayatının temposu yerini başka bir huzur arayışına bıraktı. Şimdi bu evi, yaşanmışlıkları ve atmosferiyle birlikte sizinle paylaşıyoruz.
