This beautiful new house is located in Hiekkaharju, Vantaa. 10-minute drive from the Helsinki airport and 5-minute drive from Tikkurila which has a lot of restaurants and activities. 25-minute drive from Helsinki city center. Hiekkaharju train station is 5 minutes away by walking. It is a very peaceful and nice neigbourhood. No noise from the airport. The house is most suitable for families. No parties or pets are allowed. Big sun terrace and jacuzzi. PLEASE REQUEST YOUR DATES.

Cosy 35m2 studio in quiet place near Keskuspuisto forest (5min to the forest). Free parking on the road. Also famous Rodo park is in walking dictance. Short walking dictance to train station Huopalahti (11min, 850m), which prings you to city center and to the airport. Also the buses leave next to the door to city center (40 and 41, about 20min). My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
