The house is in a very safe area to enjoy the sun or the stars at night.

My house is simple but located inside one of the safest subdivisions of the city, located in a strategic area far enough away from traffic and bustling downtown where you will have the necessary rest, completely safe and with privacy. Ideal for small families as we have children's areas, swimming pool, and clubhouse. I don't recommend it for people looking for luxurious stays or hotel-like amenities.
