the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! Walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic. we have a big jacuzzi with room for 7 people, available all year! please don't hesitate to contact us if there's anything you need.

The apartment is located in the basement of the seaside house in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. BBQ in our swimming area or just relax and enjoy the view of the water from a hammock. We are usually at home and can assist with whatever it may be. Peaceful and hospitable.
