The house is from 2001,architect designed and cladding. It is completely undisturbed, it is 200 meters to the nearest neighbor and borders Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places(3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that need to be watered, but it can also be harvested.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds as well as a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Nice hiking terrain . Exploring oneself and nature 💚

Welcome to our cozy, tidy apartment with pool table. Central and at the same time undisturbed , 7 min walk down to the sea, 15 min to the city center, 45 min by car to Dyreparken. The mall 300 m. 2 sleeping, well-equipped kitchen. Heating/heating pump, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds.180 cm double bed , 120 cm bed , and 75 cm in the living room upstairs. Holiday coziness at the sea shore Båtbu1960

Lovely summer place on the water's edge - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo. and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boat cabin was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could stay overnight. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat warehouse in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun every hour of the day!

Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 cm), Bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed for 3 and is separate from the main apartment (see photos). The living room offers a sofa bed with soft toppers and a double sleeping alcove ( 75x165 cm). 55" smart TV with Chromecast. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Let us know if anything is missing.

Airy and newly renovated apartment in older venerable single-family home. The apartment is located on 1 floor. overlooking the pier in Tvedestrand and a short distance to all the city's restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the city bath park open in season and free of charge. The harbor is busy in the summer, and you have to mention the noise of summer life :) The host lives on 2 floors, with one older child, two small children and three cats.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Huset har tre koselige soverom og ett bad. Stuen er møblert og kjøkkenet er utstyrt. En av de beste delene ved vårt sted er den fantastiske beliggenheten rett ved sjøen, med mulighet for båtplass. Her kan du nyte båtliv, fiske eller bare slappe av ved vannkanten.
