This was our second holiday in Scott's cottage. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and Scott left lots of "goodies" which was great as it meant we didn't have to shop before breakfast the morning after we arrived. The location is lovely -quite rural and very peaceful with views out to the Campsie Hills and a river running nearby. There is a local shop and a bus stop almost directly outside the property with regular buses going via Kirkintilloch into Buchanan St bus station in Glasgow.

My daughter and I were visiting Scotland and needed a convenient location between Glasgow & Edinburgh. Stephen’s place was just right, a quick walk to the train, and had everything we needed. Additionally, guide books to the area were available which was very helpful. Would happily visit again.
