A beautiful little place to stay. Very clean and tidy. We lacked nothing,we will be back. Very centrally located and you could walk to everything.

Everything as described and always worth a trip. Very friendly people.

Despite it being in a basement, you don't notice. A very spacious living room and bedroom. In the kitchen there was everything, coffee / espresso machine, kettle to have a drink. Tea / coffee facilities were moderate, which can be replenished with new guests. Bathroom was neat, lovely shower, shampoo etc was there to use. Bed slept wonderfully, pillows were too soft, just what you are used to of course. 2 bicycles that you can use, 10 minutes by bike to the center, was ideal. Nijmegen is a beautiful old town, walk the city walk done, seen a lot and lots of cozy restaurants and cafes. Social deal still done at Madam Liberty and delicious drinks on the Waal and deliciously eaten at Dok17, recommended.

Maurits and his wife are lovely and welcoming people. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Maurits who immediately gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment is located under their detached house on the water which was really great. The space is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Upon arrival, we were able to enjoy a nice Brabant's sausage roll and a bottle of wine. We quickly felt at home, which is always important to us. The living room is large, large bed nice kitchen and a separate shower room with a washer-dryer. The only thing was that there was only one window where the light could come in. This was no problem for us, especially not because the living space was large and we actually didn't suffer from this. We were allowed to use the jetty and the conservatory overlooking the water. We felt really welcome what a nice side effect of our stay was. We would like to come back in the future.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and very tasteful and nicely decorated. Close to downtown and near the lake. Nice garden!

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Great place to stay for our party of 5. Right on the lake but a short 10 minute walk to town and eating places. We loved our stay here

Amazing location for nature lovers, Mia is a fantastic host, she is there to help and solve your requests. We were 3 adults and a 3 months baby it was a delightful vacation. We’re certainly looking forward to come back

Our stay at this beautiful, idyllic farmhouse was just perfect. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home. The breakfast was a dream, lovingly prepared and incredibly delicious with love for details. Johan and Imi were very friendly, attentive and always there for us. It was a real pleasure to be here, we would have preferred to stay longer. Thank you for this wonderful time!

The house was as described. Stayed here with 4 adults and a dog and had plenty of space. It was very clean like the bathroom and floors and there was no dust to be found. Also in October we could enjoy the terrace. There are also fun games, books and movies available. From the house you can walk in Lemmer or towards the Brekken. Nice host Evert is very pleasant in communication.

The hosts Gjis and Sophie were very sweet. If we had any questions, they were immediately available and the location was great. Free parking was right outside the door and also a Spar right next door. The beach was a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity were also restaurants. Quick access to the highway. The apartment left nothing to be desired in terms of amenities and was lovingly furnished. It was also great that you could connect your smartphone or similar multimedia devices directly to the TV. Very nice apartment in a top place in the heart of Harderwijk. You will get into the shopping street in 5 minutes and you will be on the boulevard in 5 minutes. Literally everything is just around the corner. Dennis is a great host who, together with his wife, ensures that the stay is arranged down to the last detail. Absolutely recommended!!!

Everything tiptop. Marcel and his wife help with everything, are very friendly and relaxed. We rented Marcel's electric boat and did a tour through the canals and lake. It was wonderful. Marcel gave us a good introduction. Thank you!
