Location in the greenery between Herikerberg and borkeld / friezenberg. Walking / cycling mountain bike route at 100 m.

Nice place on the edge of the forest and near the village!

Welcome to 'B 't Oale Spoor', in our lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cosy village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with double bed and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, directly on the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 fully renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not permitted.

The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower for an additional fee, you can relax and unwind

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Detached Plattelandslodge Salland

Relax in a recently completely renovated lodge in the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The lodge is located in the middle of the countryside of the village of Broekland and consists of two parts. The accommodation itself consists of a new kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, with beautiful views of the rustic surroundings. Next to the lodge, you have access to the garden room, where you can relax in a rural room, with a cozy wood stove and lovely sofas.

Our holiday home is located in a forested area along a quiet sandy road. The house offers beautiful views in every direction. Depending on the season, you may spot wildlife passing by or enjoy watching the cows grazing in the surrounding meadows. This is the perfect spot for those seeking rare peace, silence, and unspoiled nature. The Tubbergen and Dinkelland region is well known for its scenic cycling and hiking routes.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the green nature. Hidden in our farmyard, in the middle of the scenic landscape between de cities Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. You have an unobstructed view from the cottage and you can enjoy this unique place in the hot tub. Changeover days are mostly on monday and friday. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen supplies. We rent the hot tub separately, ask for it when booking.

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, our chickens also run loose through the garden.
