The cottage is very neat, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and bed linen is provided! The host is very friendly, communicates very neatly and is easily accessible by phone. The area is very beautiful and there are many activities to do in the area. In short: highly recommended!

Everything was as described on the site. Great reception. Spacious house with many windows making it a lot of daylight and it is pleasant to stay. Everything we needed was present. Everything was neat and clean. We'd love to come back.

We were in the house with a girls troupe for a short stay of 1 night. For us, the location was optimal, as there were no direct neighbors and you could also be a little louder in the evening. It only takes 5-6 minutes to get to the nearest supermarket and for breakfast in the city in the morning we also only needed 10 minutes by car. The parking in front of the house was great for us and we had enough space in the house. Already upon arrival, all the beds were made for us and there was a fresh towel. Communication with Gabriel was quick and hassle-free. There were minor flaws, but they didn't bother us personally. The price for the villa is of course not super cheap, but for our concern the place was perfect!

We were welcomed by Wilma from De Veluwse Vrijheid, she was extremely friendly and clear on instructions for the house. The place was clean and peaceful, and had everything you need for a week away. Wilma gave us all the freedom to make and write some music at her place and told us she didn’t mind it at all. Our week was perfect!

The arrangements very much met our needs. I was introducing my adult children to my Holland birth place and to meet my extended family of cousins. The house easily accommodated all 8 of us, giving us lots of room to relax, enjoy meals and drinks together both in the spacious dining room as well as out on the terrace. The hot tub was very enjoyable after a day of biking. The neighbourhood was great. We visited the Canadian cemetery, biked in the national park and to nearby towns to experience the 80 year celebrations of the liberation of Holland. A lovely vacation property, in a gorgeous peaceful surrounding.

Very nice and clean place on the horse farm. The apartment was super equipped and had everything you need in it. We read the note with the bookable towels, but that was quickly clarified. I highly recommend it

Great house, meets the photos and description, friendly host, helpful for all your questions hot tub was already on when we arrived, so that the same evening could already be used. Lovely outdoor stove. Also used the recreation room and sauna. short to, top notch

We stayed at Annette‘s place for a long weekend with a with friends and their kids. We were 10 in total with 6 kids between 5 and 14 years old. The house with the spacious garden instantly captured the kids and us parents could start the relaxing weekend from the get go. The beautiful surroundings are great for walking, running, cycling or boating. Located within a nature reserve, there is plenty of outdoor activities to be had. We had a great time and are contemplating of going there again in the future!

We had a great stay with a group of 10 people here. The area was beautiful and the accomodation was lovely. I would highly recommend to those that enjoy spending time in nature.

The house was just great, we had beautiful weather and could use the huge garden, sauna and barbecue. We liked the dining area the most, which was cozy with glass fronts and views of the garden. We can imagine coming back again. Patrick was very responsive and ready for any question.

We had a great family gathering. The house was convenient and spacious and we greatly enjoyed the location and the space around the house.

Our already high expectations were even exceeded! The villa is beautiful, well equipped, really offers a lot of space and everything you could ask for. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept very well. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired. A beautiful location and a nice cottage where you can stay well. Very clean, tidy and a warm welcome in the form of cold beers and wine in the fridge! A good choice.

A lovely quiet place. Spacious garden, beautiful views. The house is cozy, cozy and has all the comforts. Within fifteen minutes you are in beautiful forest areas where you can walk endlessly. Also a great place for cycling enthusiasts.

Very nice house. The equipment of the house is great. A lovely sauna and lovely bathrooms. The seating in the garden is great. The only drawback, the garden is not fenced, which is a pity for a trip with a dog. There is a nice playground, a small supermarket and a restaurant in the park. The city and the castle are within walking distance. Overall, I can recommend the place without reservation.

Super nice house in the countryside with enough space for 14 people! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

What a beautiful place in nature and close to the forest! The cottage has all the comforts and the park is neat. Contact with Berry & Gerdiene easily and quickly, very nice. Also flexible in terms of checkout time. The swimming pool at the park is basic but fine to go once. The terrace of the main entrance can be enjoyed in the sun. All in all, had a great week!
