The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

(8-16 personen) Dit vrijstaande Herenhuis uit 1935 bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Emmen op slechts enkele minuten lopen van uitgaan, station, bos, Wildlands en het Rensenpark. Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. The listed house, which is located in the middle of Nordhorn, has been renovated and furnished in a country house style. On almost 60 m² you will find an open living and dining area with an equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower/toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a duplex room that can be reached via a steep staircase. At the top there are 2 more single beds. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and hairdryer. Wi-Fi & a parking space are provided.

Get away from it all. Wonderful wandering over the large quiet heath in the Dwingelderveld National Park. Are you fond of space, privacy, comfort and quality? Then this spacious villa in the middle of the forest on a small-scale park is for you! Characteristic is the semicircular mossedum vegetation roof, which changes color during the changing seasons.
