The rustic half-timbered house is located in the middle of the forest. In 2020, the cottage was completely renovated: modern, high quality and flooded with light. Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. (8-20 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. You rent the entire upper floor and part of the lower floor with your own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and a lovely garden. The minimum booking is 8 people for 2 nights. Are you coming with fewer people? Then please send a message first before you book. Final cleaning at an additional cost if desired

The Lower County is known for well-developed bike paths: Along canals, rivers, moorlands and small villages, our border region can best be discovered by bike. Emmen (Wildlands) and the fortified town of Coevorden can be reached within half an hour.
