Villa Kaarna is a home built by two architects for themselves. The building's spaces are connected to each other in an airy way. From the windows you can see the pine forest, your own courtyard or sometimes even the northern lights. You can enjoy peace, a fireplace, sauna, nature and the nearby Pöllä beach. This place is suitable for a family as well as a group of friends, or even for a longer stay for someone working remotely. The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

The cottage is a log-built horse farm old main house and is about 100 years old. In 2010 the cottage has been renovated from floor to ceiling. The cottage has 45 square meters and includes a bedroom, a cottage, and a bathroom. The cottage is located in the yard of a horse farm and there are horses and cats on the farm. Horses may be greeted by appointment. The hosts live in the same yard. Animal guests are allowed in our cabin. You will be staying in a 90-square-metre semi-detached house with a sauna, in a rural setting. For passers-by, we are about 6 km from the main road, the E4 road, about 30 km from Oulu, and 5 km from Liminganlahti Nature Center. The accommodation is an excellent option, for example, for families travelling north as an intermediate stop, or as accommodation for several days for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts.
