Good location, good value for money, all sights within walking distance, everything clean

Nicola, the owner, was immediately very helpful and responsive in providing useful information. The accommodation is unique, offers plenty of space (both indoor and outdoor), spacious rooms and each equipped with a bathroom. Presence of goodies such as barbecue, billiards, foosball and beer pinter! Highly recommended!!!

very good place, clean, comfortable bedding. The accommodation is in a very nice, chic and dynamic area with many restaurants, coffee and ice cream parlour nearby. With our 5-year-old we were able to walk to Vatican City (10min) and to the Trevi Fountain and the center of Rome. the walking distance is pleasant and makes us admire Rome. there is also the metro station 5min walk away which offers easy access to all tourist sites. Only negative point, very poorly insulated room in terms of sound, we hear the TV from the room next door very easily or the neighbors talking. I highly recommend this accommodation in a great location and very comfortable.

Perfect place to stay in Nice, close to everything and the room was great!

The place in the city centre, two steps from the beach and tram line L2 going to airport. The stay was comfortable and quiet. The roof terrace is amazing. Don’t miss you chance for this view point. Just one small thing for what you should be ready: waiting time for lift (8 floors, many guests). I would recommend this place to stay.

A pleasant and friendly lady with her dog. A quiet place and well decored apartment for a nice journey in Florence. It was worth the money, we did not face any trouble in our vacation time. I would recommend the apartment for a lonely traveler, a couple or any person looking for peace of mind and to be close to the historical center of Florence.

Good location super close to Vatican City and a short walk to main attractions in the city center. Small grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants. Clean and spacious apartment, and good air conditioning! Loredana was kind and quick to answer our questions. We had an overall wonderful stay🙂
