Cozy cabin by the sea with lovely views from the living room/terrace in a quiet area. The cabin is good for couples, families and groups of friends. There are nice hiking areas in the community; local peaks like Horse and Himakånå are popular. It is possible to take a day trip to Preikestolen and Stavanger day trip. The climbing park "Høyt og Lavt" is located 15 min drive from the cabin. During the summer months (May to Sept) it is possible to rent a boat and kayaks. Animals are not allowed in the cabin. Perfect for families, couples and groups of friends who want a quiet holiday with proximity to both nature and local facilities. Best suited for up to 8 people, but can accommodate 10 when using two small children's rooms with low ceiling height. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. The annex is opened for 5–10 guests.

Skjoldastraumen is an idyllic and quiet place with possibilities for more activities and excursions. The place is probably best known for its saltwater locks that opened in 1908. The saltwater blades are the only ones in Norway that are still in use. The sandy beach on Notaflå is centrally located and provides swimming opportunities on a nice summer day. Also in the vicinity is the Straumen school. Here, the kids can play and play football. If you drive to Nedstrand you will not find unknown Himakånå. "Straumen is the Draumen"

Klatreparken "Høyt og Lavt", shop, communal transport, fishing and swimming opportunities are also nearby

It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
