The interior is old fashioned and simple, but new kitchen and toilet as well as painting and some refurbishing makes the house up to simple standard. The new toilet is Incinolet electric incinerating toilet. Ground floor has entrance, living room, kitchen, bed room and bath/toilet. First floor has three sleeping rooms. Big lawn as well as outside terrace and 20 acres of wood to explore. Row boat is available. Free fishing in the lake.

Dette er et hus fra 1800 tallet som er fullt oppusset uten at atmosfæren er borte. Lite inngjerdet uteområde med beitende dyr like utenfor. Svært gode turområder like ved . Gården ligger ca 2,5 km fra sjø med badestrand og fiskemuligheter, og ca 2,5 km fra butikk og bensinstasjon. Det er eget fiskevann på eiendommen og gammel jegerhytte, 2,5 km fra huset. Huset består av boenhet med 5/6 senger(3 rom). I tillegg er det en egen liten ettromsleilighet som også er utleid på AirBnB (for 2 personer)

Short way to the fishing spot from land. Opportunities to swim and beach life in the immediate area. It's also great for renting at sporting events due to many sleeping places and central location. The house is located for itself with a short distance to the landlord's house. Parking for a car just off the house.
