Holiday rentals with a patio in Tzununa

Highly recommend. Walking distance to the lanchas and restaurants/shops. Host was very helpful when we had to book here last minute! Saved our trip!

We really loved our stay here. The view is beautiful and it is very peaceful. The home is about halfway between the Public Ferry dock and town. it's a fairly steep, but short, walk up to town or down to the docks, there are a few restaurants in both locations. It is easy and quick to take a Tuk Tuk in either direction. There are some large stairs to get down to the door. This is not a great option for anyone mobility impaired but it is great for everyone else. It was perfect for us and we would absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed the location and accuracy of the house. Host was very helpful. For the price it was great. It could use a fan, really stuffy inside at night. The pillows were really big or paper thin. We just didn’t sleep well here but it wasn’t a thing really to fix it. Quiet place with a shared driveway inside gate. Would return.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Excellent place to vacation with family or friends, spacious and with beautiful views, it has everything to spend it amazing even board games, the super full kitchen has up to an Alexa, I highly recommend this place Aspects to note Super retired from everything or a store nearby, the closest thing is Santa Catarina Palopó 30 minutes and Panajachel about 45 minutes. The road from Santa Catarina Palopó is not the best, it was becoming 2 lanes passed to 1 and there is like 15 minutes of terracería which when we went there were repairs, I do not know if they will put asphalt but in rain I do not think that goes up small car by 2 slopes with loose soil, if they come from Patzún there if it is paved street and 10 minutes of terracería. They only put 2 rolls of paper for a family of 7 while 3 days and they didn't give extra sheets, I consider that for families like that is necessary I recommend bringing food for vacation days and not going out a lot, they will have an amazing time, I enjoyed it too much.

We had a great stay at this home. Daniel was very responsive with any questions we had and very helpful with suggesting transportation options. The home is clean and quiet. The lake views are fantastic. Both Panajachel and Santa Catarina towns were accessible via tuk tuk (about 5 min ride). We would 100% stay here again.

Nice house, comfortable to rest, spacious, the internal parking lot fits well 1 car. Basic utensils. The only drawback we had was the hot water in the shower, very complicated use, no matter what we tried and also the person in charge came to explain to us, it was also difficult, it was very difficult to bathe. Otherwise, a house we would definitely come back!

Small cute apartment located in the heart of San Pedro. The apartment is a little further away from "Gringotown" at the harbor (5 min walk), but the lack of lake view is compensated by the much more interesting view from the terrace directly to the lovingly designed park in front of the main church. In addition, the good street food is around the corner and you get a little more of the normal hustle and bustle in this small lake town. The place is simple but has everything you need, the internet is also pretty fast if you have some work to do. San Pedro basically has two faces (the tourist and the local) and we enjoyed the second very much. In addition, however, the nature experience with the free provided and very good kayaks is also not neglected. It is also unconditional recommendation to take one of the cool US school buses to Santa Clara in the morning and venture a private ascent to Rostro Maya: great view, very friendly village

Robert's location is truly beautiful - amazing to wake up to such a view of the lake every morning! Also close by to San Marcos so you can walk or take a tuk tuk there

We had a lovely time at this charming yet beautiful cabin in Santa Cruz. The location is fantastic, about halfway between the boat dock and town, situated in a peaceful walking trail in a calm and natural area. The deck is perfect, with the most gorgeous view of the lake and surrounding volcanoes, the perfect place for a morning coffee or afternoon beer.

We loved our stay! The hosts are very communicative and helpful. Check in instructions were clear and communicated well beforehand, and if any issues came up they were sorted immediately (we ran out of gas for the stove at one point, and it was fixed and replaced within 15 minutes!). The gardener was super nice and checked in on us regularly. The views are incredible and the house is comfortable. The wifi was strong and consistent for remote work. Definitely bring things from the supermarket prior to arrival so you don't have to boat back and forth. It's an eco house, so yes there are bugs, but nothing scary or that really impacted our experience. It's a really great spot if you're looking to escape!

The best lake view of all the houses I've visited in Sololá!!.. Mikaela and José were super attentive to help with everything... My children and nephews were delighted with the terraces and dock of the house, we'll definitely be back, thanks Monica

We had a lovely time in Panajachel. The space was perfect for our family- tidy, spacious with a good kitchen and comfy beds. Close to the Main Street and restaurants and easy to walk everywhere.

Cute and cozy place to stay. Good security, kitchen was easy and comfortable to use. Monica is super responsible. This condominium is one of my favorite.

Everything with the place very well, there is no complaint, but if I had several inconveniences such as the arrival at the place for being several roads closed for remodeling of the same, which is also too much dust in the place. The very high garge for low cars which I had to leave on the street, maybe it can be better in the future that, but I would definitely stay in said accommodation, waiting in the future no longer have any of the inconveniences mentioned.

Spacious apartment with all the necessary basics. Courtyard and appartment itself have a lot of character. Very close to parque central. Luis was very nice and responsive.

An excellent place !! Silvia's stay is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. It must be clear that it is not directly in old Guatemala however it is about 10- 15min from the center of old and the uber arrives very quickly . the house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice , the bathrooms are clean and has everything you can cook which was very helpful. There is a commercial square 1km from there that has everything you need. the pool area is quite at ease to have a good time with the family and its terrace is incredible for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

Diana and Julio are gracious hosts, and their little piece of paradise is our new favorite place to stay in Antigua. Great location and we look forward to returning for a long stay later this year. Amenities are great and accommodating and we are so thankful to have new friends in the area. Un millón de gracias Diana, nos vemos pronto!

Very nice apartment and garden. Amazing roof terrace overlooking all three volcanoes. Coffee maker and kettle on site, but unfortunately no cups. When we asked Maria about it, cups were brought to us immediately. Really very thoughtful and friendly. Highly recommended.

The unit we stayed in was just as the photos showed. It was clean and just what we expected. This was our fourth time at the Riviera although it was out first time with ABB. We will return again next year with ABB.
