Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

With security and privacy, the Greece-themed house has a comfortable and structured 300m2, airy and fresh and with new air conditioning in all bedrooms. The closest beach is Lamberto Beach, you have to walk 400m, but we recommend going by car!
