A small house with two double bedrooms, one with air-conditioning and the other with a ceiling fan, a living room and kitchenettes with a stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, with an indoor bathroom and an outdoor one in the barbecue area, and a garage. With easy access to the highway, and 15 minutes from the large beaches of Toninhas and Tenório, close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy. OUR BACKYARD IS ONLY SHARED WITH US, as we live in the front house with a separate garage. We do not leave towels and blankets.

Pets are allowed because it has a small private yard with the entire area fenced. Access is only by trail or boat and the transfer for check-in and check-out on our boat is already included in the daily rates.
