Holiday rentals with a pool in Ubaye-Serre-Ponçon

The home was clean and well-maintained, and in fact, it looks even better than in the photos. There is a beautiful view of the surrounding area from one of the bedrooms and from the terrace in front of the entrance. The home is a good starting point if someone wants to explore the region or for example a canyon, and thanks to attractions such as a pool, play station, darts, ping pong or foosball, it's also a great place to relax with family or friends.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, in the most peaceful surroundings,but only a few minutes drive from the local town. Nelly is a fantastic host, extremely friendly and gave us really great suggestions for food , wine and places to see, both locally and within an hour or so drive. Finally Forcalquier, only a few minutes drive away, is a stunning town for food, coffee and French culture. We loved it.

If you are looking for peace, you will find it here. The neighbors live 500 meters away, and more than 5 cars a day don't come by. The ideal place to finally read that pile of books, only interrupted by a view of the beautiful surroundings. If it gets too hot, dive into the swimming pool. And in the evening, prepare a delicious meal in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen with grill/barbecue. And you'll eat it with the magnificent view again. And when you're in bed, you'll hear the howling of a wolf in the distance with a bit of luck. Tomorrow, one more day.

Christophe was warm and hospitable, meeting us both and check-in and check-out, sharing tips and information about the region and giving a walkthrough of the place. We very much enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the hot tub after long days out. I would certainly recommend it for travelers who are on the move during the day and looking for a quiet place to rest for the night.

We had a great time with the family at Chloe's! The setting is splendid, and between the nearby lake walk and skiing a 35-minute drive everyone found their delight. In addition, there is everything you need in the village. Chloe is very friendly and discreet because we forgot her presence while she lives upstairs and the entrance is in common 😊

We are returning from a great stay at Véronique's apartment. Ideally located in the resort of Risoul, ski-in/ski-out, very clean, very functional and very well maintained, the apartment has everything to please. The open-access pool is a real plus for our comfort. Interaction with the owner is very cordial and is very responsive if needed. In addition, it attaches particular importance to the cleanliness of the place and it is very appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place and this very friendly owner! We had a lovely time in this apartment. Everything we needed was available and the location was perfect.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay with friends, with 4 different bedrooms, two bathrooms. The space is large, and you don't feel suffocated. Small point on the double beds which are actually two single mattresses glued to each other, but otherwise everything was fine!

We only spent one night in this place, but we had a great time. Beautiful view of the lake and tranquility. Equipped with everything you need for a short stay! Stephan was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much and see you soon

We spent the weekend in Aline and Benoît's apartment, with our 2 young children and everything was perfect. Umbrella bed provided and children's toys on site. The apartment is in a very good location, everything is within walking distance. It is very well equipped, everything is functional. Aline and Benoît are very responsive, we are pleased with our stay thank you very much!

As written in the listing, the electricity and heating/hot water costs are not included in the price but this is not very expensive. Towels are not included. The house is beautiful, with lots of charm! It has a very large living room to accommodate everyone. The kitchen, very well-equipped and of quality, is the size of the house and living room! Don't worry about cooking and eating together. Isolated and quiet for pure moments of decompression and rest!
