Furnished private floors with huge amounts of space. Large terrace, balcony and garden in beautiful historic villa from the 19th century. century in a quiet suburban location of Eberswalde. Downtown is within walking distance. Quiet, green and close to nature, park with stream and ponds (former mill). Therefore, please arrange in advance for guests with children. Ideal starting point for excursions (Chorin Monastery, Uckermark, Oderbruch). If required, the 60 square meter salon on the piano nobile can be rented.

Villa Kersdorf is located on a spacious, idyllic, very well-kept property with a pool and tennis court - surrounded by forests and water. The lovingly prepared house has a fully equipped, large kitchen-living room with a cozy sitting area with TV. Above it are 2 more floors with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In front of the kitchen is a large, covered terrace with an open grill. On the first floor there is also a steam sauna with shower and extra guest toilet.

Renovated manor house with all the comforts

Enjoy a break with friends or family in this noble place. Manor house with plenty of space in stately rooms. On the first floor, you have an exclusive 100 m² fireplace room with a country kitchen. On the 2nd floor, there are 6 bedrooms with new box-spring beds and en-suite bathrooms, which can be reached via a small staircase from the fireplace room or via the main staircase. In the manor house, there is also a small restaurant "Hofküche" on the first floor.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. The closed apartment offered here has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a small living/dining room with a fantastic view of the water. The house is in the best residential location in Stralsund. Via the promenade you can reach the harbour and the UNESCO World Heritage Site on foot in a few minutes. Our house has a limited number of free parking spaces in the yard.

UFER10C is a lakeside cottage located in a very quiet villa area with private jetty, large outdoor kitchen and kayaks/SUPs on the property. Sleeping is set in 6 bedrooms (one double bed each) and possibly two large sofa beds. An enchanting place to spend a relaxing holiday with friends and/or family.
