Friedrichstraße, the main train station, and many sights are also directly along the route. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby — ideal for exploring Berlin comfortably and with ease.

The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. One Sleeping 2 beds , living room 2 comfortable upholstered loungers, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid May to September. Charcoal grill available. Train S7 and bus can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and you can take both to the city in 35 minutes.
