With proximity to both the sea and forest, you live in a quiet area 700 meters from the city center with well-stocked grocery stores, genuine small shops and boardwalk to cozy restaurants. From the city center there are good bus connections to Gothenburg, Smögen, Lysekil, about 1 hour drive. 7 minute drive to Lyckorna golf club. 15 minutes by car you will find a large shopping center. If you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest and nature, you have nice hiking trails starting about 1 km from the accommodation. Proximity to swimming both in the sea and lake.

Lilla Röran's luxury barn with sauna

Bright and beautiful accommodation with two newly renovated apartments in wonderful barn. In the heart of Orust, you live here comfortably in airy rooms of about 110 sqm with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a smaller kitchen, cozy sleeping loft, 2 beautiful bedrooms and extra sleeping places in the two sofa beds. One bathroom with massage bathtub, shower, sauna and washing machine as well as a smaller bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Private entrance and two nice patios with barbecue included. Quiet and rural setting with bike distance to lake and sea.

With us you get access to rowboat, swimming raft and barbecue area overlooking the lake. The property is located along the Bohusleden hiking trail and about 12 km from both Uddevalla and Ljungskile. The tranquility, the silence and proximity to nature will make you relax and find your inner peace. Start the day with a swim in the lake or drink your morning coffee while the sun slowly rises.

Cozy apartment with proximity to forest and sea.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in autumn :) The apartment has an amazing patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10km to Lysekils city centre. Outdoor sauna is available at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow our kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max number of guests is 10 p, including kids. Sorry no pets.

Big house near the sea

Nice house with walking distance to the sea and nature right in the heart of Bohuslän. There are nice opportunities to hang out in a lovely garden. Relax by the BBQ on the patios overlooking the ocean. Close to several swimming areas. 10 minutes drive to Torp shopping center. Bus stop near the house. Sauna, hot tub. Sleeps 7-10 people. 7 beds (one of which is 120 cm wide with room for 2 if you want). Also possible to sleep on the couch in the livingroom. Sheets and towels available to hire.

House with stunning views, sauna and hot-tub

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

The summer house is 85 sqm, 3 bedrooms, cozy fireplace, two large verandas with good social areas, sauna, gazebo, large lawn for football or other play for the children, sun from morning to sunset, 3 min walk to wonderful bathing cove with both sandy beach and docks. The house is quiet and privately located at the end of the cul-de-sac. The house is located high up with a nice view, all the amenities needed are available. As well as a magical evening on the back porch.

Wonderful villa secluded located by the sea

Wonderful house with nice garden connected to the beach directly. Three common bedrooms plus two large living rooms with panoramic ocean views. Very quiet, peaceful and child friendly. Great surroundings for forest walks where you can pick both mushrooms and blueberries during the season. Gustafsberg Sweden's oldest seaside resort is just 200m away and the beautiful Strandpromenade, designated the most beautiful road in Sweden in 2009, is just around the corner.
