A small staircase up, you will find a newly renovated upper floor with bathroom. 15 minutes walk along the water into Ljungskile center and train/bus station and only 50 meters to 2 nice restaurants. A quiet little oasis with proximity to nature and plenty of activities in the area for those who want them.

Take a walk through the forest to the swimming area, where there is a beach, swimming docks and a floating dock. The archipelago boats stop at Ammenäs jetty. The cabin is located in a quiet area, but at the same time close to what you may need and 5 min drive from Torp Shopping Center with shops etc. 12 km to Uddevalla. Located in the heart of Bohuslän with 1 hour drive to Gothenburg, Smøgen, Marstrand, among others.

On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

From the kitchen, you have direct access to a generous patio with outdoor seating and a retractable awning.
