The cottage has a parking space and also a patio, which in the summer (June–August) is equipped with lounge furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Close to Torp shopping centre and Uddevalla town centre. In the local area of Bohuslän, there are also plenty of great places to visit, restaurants, shopping, interior design stores, and activities such as padel tennis and golf.
