Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

The house in Udine is a cozy and unique nest just a 15-minute walk from the city center. Every detail has been designed to combine comfort and aesthetics. The house has an independent entrance. On the ground floor, you will find a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large wardrobe and a sofa bed for 1 person, and a bathroom with a large shower. On the 1st floor, there is an intimate attic open space with a double bed. Enjoy your stay a stone's throw from Udine, with free parking.

Delightful independent house. Surrounded by nature and not far from the historic center, easily accessible by car or bus, the stop is not far away. The ground floor of the house offers a very recent kitchen and a bathroom with shower; on the first floor, there is a relaxation area with a television and sofa (double bed) and a large balcony; a bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed with an orthopedic mattress. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage. Tourist tax €0.15/person to be paid to the host.

Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

'Una casa speciale' is literally a special place. Room is big and is an open space with a double bed on the first floor and a mezzanine with two single bed. Kitchen, veranda and dining room are common spaces(mostly with me and sometimes with who rent the room next to the ground floor for children parties or dance classes..).You will probably be alone most of the times but if you don't enjoy meeting people this is not the place for you!we have 'La casa dei nonni' for that on airbnb!

If you are traveling by bike, you will find us 100 meters from the Alpe Adria Cycle Route with the possibility of an internal garage for bikes.
