Sunset 365 days a year, overlooking the sea, beach, and mountains. First line, unobstructed views. 4th floor without elevator in a private development. Renovated in tune with the wonderful surroundings in order to take advantage of its light and unparalleled views of the beach and the sea. Following this philosophy, it does not have blinds, but it does have stores that give total privacy and partially darken the entrance of light if desired. IMPORTANT: accommodation with a tourist use license and insurance according to this activity.

Moderno apartamento con jardín en una zona tranquila como Artaza-Neguri pero cerca de todo. Aparcamiento gratuito alrededor y parada del autobús 3414 que llega a Bilbao en 15 minutos. A 10 minutos de las playas de Sopelana en coche. En las inmediaciones hay farmacia, bonitas cafeterías donde desayunar, tiendas de comestibles y un centro comercial a 3 minutos en coche. Dando un paseo por el río se llega en 10 minutos a la parada de metro Gobela. No se aceptan mascotas en la vivienda no el jardín
