Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Welcome to the heart of Thuringia, in a beautiful, natural area with many hiking opportunities, nearby trails and ski lifts and much more. Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. Welcome to our newly renovated apartment right on the Saale bike path in Rudolstadt! Since we as a young family have not found a suitably equipped apartment for a long time when we came to visit, we have set up our own that meets (almost) all needs. Solo travelers, couples, friends as well as families with (small) children and pets should feel a bit at home in this retreat, which has been furnished with a lot of time and love.

Vacation in the country house with private terrace in the countryside🌲

Just relax. That's what many people hope for from a relaxing vacation. Here in our apartment directly in the Thuringian Forest you can do that. The estate apartment is located in the rural village of Zeigerheim near Rudolstadt. A spacious living room and bedroom invite you to a cozy glass of wine and pleasant hours. The garden and terrace complete the countryside vacation. You can't enjoy country life more beautifully.

Home office with home cinema in Schmölln.

Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Cozy non-smoking 1 room apartment 30 sqm in the city, in quiet side alley below the market. Pubs , cafes , shops and museums in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible in the public parking lots "Eichplatz" (50m) , "island parking lot" (100m) or the "Seidel parking lot" (on foot 10 min) and in the parking garages (every 50 m away). Train stations or bus station within walking distance.

I offer a newly renovated apartment in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfed can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. In the entrance area opposite is another (2 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb.
