The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.

On four levels, connected by spiral stairs there are: kitchen with bathroom, welcoming with sofa and fireplace, hot tub with shower, bedroom with bathroom. Furniture and finishes are made of an array of valuable wood. The house is on a quiet street in the center of Yaremche. The windows overlook the Elephant cliff. Opposite the pond and nice green space. Nearby is Prut River, supermarket, pizzeria, McDonald's. There is a parking space.

Two kilometers from the city of Chornomorsk, there is a plot with a wonderful villa, which is part of the infrastructure of the ENKI winery. The 75m2 house is facing, with it's big terrace and panoramic windows, the rising sun and the majestic Dnipro River.
