Come to our house.  Unforgettable emotions and quality rest are waiting for you, and also:  A traditional Ukrainian oven, which is a symbol of every house.  A century-old oak tree that impresses with its size.  A forest that generously treats with its delicacies.  There is a gazebo on the territory, with an area for cooking on a bonfire, places for relaxation and a summer shower.  The house has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom that comfortably accommodates 4 people.  Location: the village of Gorbachi is located next to the town of Kozelets.

Why our lodge? Because it is made of all natural materials and with your own hands. The house is in the middle of the forest where you can fully enjoy nature. Where there are no cameras and neighbors. We use chan unlimited. Now about the house itself: the house has all the dishes, kettle, stove, refrigerator, drinking water, fireplace, air conditioning, speaker and 🛜. We have a unique bed on chains, a pylon and a separate bed xxx. There is also a hookah in the house. We will tell you more by phone. ❤️

Tyho- TyHo

TiHo is a unique space located on top of the mountain. It is surrounded by incredible views - Hoverla, Petros, Dragobrat - peaks that can be seen directly from the window. Due to its remote location, intimacy, and special atmosphere, a vacation in TiHo has become a real reboot experience for people from different parts of Ukraine. There are three houses on the territory of the space: a retreat hut, a small barn house, and a TyHo hut - this is what we rent, and this is what you see in the photo.

Petrick House

A new cottage built in 2024. Only 15-20 minutes walk to the city center. Supermarket, Nova Poshta branch, tubs, ATVs and museums are all nearby! Restaurants, tours, a bazaar, and a bus station are within easy reach. Double bed and sofa bed. A coffee machine for your morning cheerful mood. Fireplace for cozy evenings. Washing machine with dryer for your convenience. Large spacious terrace for relaxation. High-quality Wi-Fi connection that works even without electricity.

The Hawk at The Bird's Estate

Yastrub. Guardian of horizons and master of the skies. A 360° panoramic view with the Dnipro at its heart. Sunlight pours in through large windows, while solar panels crown the roof. Two bedrooms with panoramic windows, two “nests” reached by ladders, and a spacious dining area make the house ideal for a family or a group of friends. From the bathroom, enjoy views of the Vytachiv valley. In the living room you’ll find a fireplace and a collection of vinyl records.

A house outside the city.

A separate house in the village of Mriya, on the Kyiv-Chop highway, located 30 minutes by car from the central station "Kyiv-Passazhyrskyi" and the airport "Kyiv" (Zhulyany). The area is suitable for cycling, there is a forest and lakes. Within a three-minute drive there are gas stations, Fora Mega Market and Silpo supermarkets, restaurants. Convenient location for using public transport - the nearest metro station Zhytomyrska is 30 minutes by bus.

House on Rusanov Gardens, electricity, Podol 10 min

There is always light! Stylish warm house with a summer pool Infinity and a large terrace in Kiev, Rusanovski Gardens. Convenient transport interchange — easy to get from any area, only 10 minutes from Podil. Inside is a spacious kitchen-living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, table football and playstation 5. On the territory there is a terrace of 40 m², a canopy for 2-3 cars, automatic gates. Livoberezhnaya metro station is 3 km away.

Hutsul hut 2

A 1-room house with a small kitchen corner (kettle, electric stove, microwave, sink with water) and its own bathroom. If you wish, the hostess will cook you twice a day such delicious dishes from Hutsul cuisine that you will lick your fingers. The hostess Nastya will milk you milk straight from the cow, or if you wish, try to milk the cow yourself.

Zaycev Guest House

Great place for couples and families (with kids). We have everything for the rest with children: a children's slide, toys, children's books. Very quiet area, not far to downtown. It is a quiet location for perfect rest after a busy sightseeing day! We offer 3 rooms accommodation in the house with a parking spot, a garden, and a big terrace.

Country House

The house is located on the territory of a sheep farm in the village of Zelenyi Dub. The area is on a hill with a beautiful view. The house is three-storey (Basement with shower, toilet, boiler room and refrigerator) The first floor is a studio room with 3 beds and a kitchen area. The second floor is a shared bedroom with 5 beds and a balcony

"Comfort"

The house is in the village. Lazeshchyna ,(in the title is mistakenly listed as Yasinya), which is located closest to the highest peaks of the Ukrainian Carpathians Petros (2020 m) and Hoverla (2061 m), and is on the border between Transcarpathia and Galicia, and in winter it is a ski resort, only 15 km to Bukovel, 18 km to Dragobrat.

Laska Cottage blends love, tenderness, and playfulness. Located on a slope with stunning mountain views, it offers comfort and coziness. Create your own cinema or simply gaze at the mountains from a soft bed with satin sheets. If you feel more active, there’s a grill, fire pit, and swing. As well as local ski lifts that's are nearby.
