Great location! It's a short walk to the most important attractions. The apartment corresponds to the photos. Vitaliy quickly answers all questions, very pleasant communication. If you are traveling with children, please note that there is no elevator here.

great place. recommend. the apartment has absolutely everything you could need during your stay (from kitchen utensils to a small charging station, which by the way was very appropriate when shutting downs). the host Lisa is friendly, proactive and quick to respond to messages.

Ms. Мелания and her husband helped with everything from the first moment. It's a very cute house and has nice privacy. They provided frequent and regular cleaning of the house and helped with everything. The heating system of the house works very well. Everything is clean and organized. I would like to stay in this house when I come back to the city of Izmail.

I didn’t actually stay at Sasha’s, but booked my stay to hopefully help in some small way. Sasha was very appreciative and we have shared many messages. Hoping there is an end to this horror soon. Sasha has told me how beautiful Kyiv is in the spring time, so I hope to visit one day x

Many thanks to Irina for her hospitality! Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

Very refreshed with the stay. Everything matches the description and photo. The house is a real cottage by the sea. The setting is simple but pleasant. Everything you need for your stay, cooking, is available. Good for staying in the warmer months. The main thing is the beautiful location right by the sea, with the opportunity to leave the yard right to the beach and, after swimming, return. The beach is small, but there are not many people there, so there is enough space for everyone. Hosts are very nice, always happy to be in contact. The entrance to the host part of the house is on the side, periodically they are there, but this does not interfere with privacy.

Great place to hold a party. Big hall, nice fireplace, big territory with grill and trampoline. 15 minutes from Lviv city center on a taxi.

This place was amazing and couldn’t be described.. so it is better to go and see it by ur self. The host was welcoming and supportive in everything i needed any time. We were family of 8 members.. the seven heaven was like our home it was very comfortable with nice and cozy furniture. The house was clean, kitchen well equipped, beds were comfortable, land scape was amazing every time specially during sunshine and sunset. The site has playing ground for kids which make our life easy😅. It will be my 1st choice if I’m going back to that area.

We didn't actually stay because of the Aggressive Russians and their War on Ukraine. We hope we will be able to visit someday. Communication with Karolina during this time has been wonderful.

We did not actually go to this apartment as there is something of a crisis in Ukraine. We would like to visit one day.

everything was good, nice and clean, the host of the apartment answered all my questions very quickly. The location is also convenient near the metro.

Great quirky flat in amazing location in Podil, even sorted me out with a new key when I lost one. Some issues occasionally with the water supply but seemed to be an issue with the whole building rather than the apartment

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. the view was great, the place was very clean and i slept well. Recommended!
