Alloggio tranquillo situato in aperta campagna e circondato da vigneti che dista circa 7 km dal mare (Marina di Cardedu, spiaggia di Museddu) ed è dotato di ampi spazi all'aperto, barbecue e piscina. L'appartamento è composto da zona giorno e bagno al piano terreno e due camere soppalcate di cui una matrimoniale e una doppia (quest'ultima adibita preferibilmente a stanza per bambini per altezza soffitto di circa 180 cm) dotate di condizionatore.
