This is a sunny one bedroom apt on the first floor with two balconies that has super nice sea views, located 50m from the Veliki Pjesak Beach. Apt is a part of Apart-Hotel XXL which is an exclusive facility suited on the seashore with a modern and comfortable design. Everything is under you feet, stores, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, clubs and a 5 star hotel is next door to us which has rooftop garden and spa. You’ll love my place because it's a nice little house with its own safe garden and it's quiet and walking distance to famous Tampico and Copacabana beach in Ulcinj Montenegro. This used to be small family home built by my father. It's a modest house but has all the amenities necessary for a holiday. Pets are allowed and there is a safe gated garden and garage.
