An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. It's a loft-style villa, and you can enjoy the indoor fireplace from autumn to spring, and you can sit in the garden in front of the accommodation and barbecue with a relaxing atmosphere. The interior is a cozy and spacious space of about 24 pyeong that you can use exclusively. There is a large wood slab in the living room where up to 8 people can sit around for business meetings and parties, a cozy veranda space decorated like a cafe, a large TV that can be seen lying on a large bed in the living room, and a fluffy sofa zone where you can talk to each other. The lights, wood shelves, tables, and furniture made by the host everywhere are the pride of this house. Geumho River promenade and fishing spot right in front of the accommodation.
