Swallows' Rest
Newly completed, Swallows’ Rest lies in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. Originally a stable block on our family run farm, it has been lovingly transformed into a superbly appointed 3-bedroom holiday home. Swallows’ Rest has a modern open plan layout a well-equipped kitchen, relaxing lounge and private garden that overlooks our meadow and stone circle. The spacious bathroom enjoys both a large low-profile shower and full-size bath. Exclusive fishing is available for two rods on our lake.

The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

A lovely newly renovated house situated in the historic village of Croston, built circa 1890. A 5 minute walk to the centre of this pretty village. Where 3 country pubs and 2 restaurants can be enjoyed. The house is equal walking distance to Croston’s small railway station, with regular links to Preston, Ormskirk and Liverpool. There is parking directly outside the front of property. You can relax in the sunny secluded South West facing garden which comes equipped with garden furniture.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.
