Partially renovated interior with three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. In the surrounding area you will find a football stadium, sandy beaches, shops, cafes, library, cinema and water park. Many nice hiking opportunities both in the immediate area, and top trips in the Sunnmørsalpene. Nice with a trip to Runde and Lundefugl, or to Ålesund to enjoy city life.

Welcome to Bellahuset - a charming house from 1914 with a great atmosphere. The house is located in a quiet street in the centre of Ulsteinvik. Here you can just park your car and walk to everything the centre has to offer, including restaurants, a shopping centre, a water park, a climbing wall and a beach volleyball court. Surrounded by the Sunnmørsalpene, between Ørsta and Ålesund lies this unique waterfront house. A perfect starting point for mountain hiking and other attractions in Sunnmøre. Within an hour or two you can reach famous places such as Geiranger, Åndalsnes, Loen and the amazing bird island Runde. The Atlantic Park in Ålesund is also worth a visit. In Ørsta, 20 min. away, there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
