Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

The house is located 35 m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and shared barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø city center with grocery stores, niche shops, hotel and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50 m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if you want to rent a boat.

We are located 40 minutes from Vigra Airport and 30 minutes from Ålesund. The popular viewpoint Rampestreken at Åndalsnes is just one hour's drive, and scenic Trollstigen 1.5 hours from our location. There are plenty of local hikes in the area, and a scenic golf course just ten minutes away.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city centre. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers. Also suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). Otherwise, here is electric heating, but also a wood breeze and firewood one can use.
