Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Close to forest and outdoor life and umeå center. In winter, it is ski-in, ski-out to cross-country skiing tracks with 50 meters to drawn tracks connected to a training facility with electric light trails, ice skating rink and indoor sports hall, etc. You can also go on tour skis or drive scooters to the scooter trail. In summer, there are plenty of trails in the woods for running and mtb as well as 2.5-10 km electric light trails, soccer fields directly from the farm as well as 20 minutes biking to the beach.

Newly renovated farmhouse

Smaller farmhouse (about 45 sqm) with 1 bedroom, bathroom and combined kitchen/living room on a small horse farm with all the comforts. 1.5 km from E 12 in the village with Sweden the second longest bear calle. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and barely 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. All bed linens, towels and coffee are included. Internet via wifi for video calls available.

Relax in a fully equipped apartment house with 24 m2 of living space and 11 m2 of sleeping loft. If you like being out in the nature, cross-country skiing, pick berries/mushrooms, hang out on the beach, or just get away from the city pulse, this home at Brännäset is for you! Sörmjöle is located on the coast about 20 km south of Umeå. There are buses to Umeå several times a day. In the village there is a nearby shop, and Hörnefors is about 8 kilometers away – there are grocery stores, pharmacy, bathhouse, gym and train station.

Cheerful guest house by the lake beach

Here you live calmly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Entire house 40 square meters with a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also houses a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full size beds 80x200cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200cm, with mattress topper.

Luxury apartment AAA location with big terrace at City Hall

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. A townhouse on top of the city's mall with all the comforts within reach. Take the elevator down to the square and take advantage of the proximity to restaurants bars market hall museums and city life. There is also a lovely luxury Gym with the sauna house to use for a fee. Parking in the garage in the basement is included and provides amazing convenience. Stop and enjoy the city if you are in transit or visit beautiful Umeå and enjoy.

Relax in this unique and quiet space with the ocean on your doorstep and fall asleep to the sounds of the restful noise of the waves. The stall is equipped for self-catering with glass and crockery, microwave, induction stovetop with two burners and a charcoal grill. From the fishermen in the harbor you can buy fresh and processed fish. If you prefer really lazy days, there's a reputable restaurant right next door, open daily during June-August.

Guest house with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with sauna. Located in quiet Haga a stone's throw from classic Gamlia with nice ski tracks in winter and undulating walking or running tracks in summer. 15-20 minutes walk to the center and 10 minutes drive to the airport. Grocery store 5 minutes away and several restaurants nearby. A separate bedroom, and sleeping alcove in the living room.
