Nice apartment that occupies what was Casa La Matilde. Located in the canton of the same name. With a marked rural character and impressive views of the Foz Verde of the Aragon River and the Caparreta reserve. Rooms attic and very bright. Given its orientation the light runs through the house from dawn to dusk. 2 spacious and very bright rooms, one with a bed of 150 and the other with 2 beds of 90, balcony and terrace. Equipped kitchen and loft style living/dining room with fireplace.
