Our home offers amazing views, private entrance as well as amenities. There are multiple hiking, biking, snowmobile trails in close proximity. 20 min drive to Mount MacPherson ski lodge. Minutes from Blanket Creek, and Halcyon Hot springs is a short distance off the ferry. Our home is tucked into a tranquil 3.5 acre water front lot. Just 25 min to Revelstoke.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.
