The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Luxury Appartement in the alps 2-5 people

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem ruhigen Biobauernhof in Alleinlage im Salzburger Land. Ideal zum erholen, entspannen, aber auch perfekt um Radfahren zu gehen oder um mitten in der Natur zu laufen. Mehrere schöne, warme Badeseen liegen zwischen 2km und 7km entfernt. Das Ibm Moor ist ca. 5km entfernt. Das Loft verfügt über eine Küche mit Induktionsfeld, E-Herd sowie Kühlschrank. WC und Dusche sind exklusiv. Die Sauna kann gegen Nutzungsgebühr exklusiv gemietet werden.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

7. Apartment at an organic farm at Mondsee lake

The apartment is located on an organic farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. All year heated pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. The final cleaning €95. Tourist tax is €2.40 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Thürlmühle - close to the city in the countryside

The apartment is located on the upper floor (3rd floor) of the converted, former old agricultural mill in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are warmly welcome. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. A parking space is available free of charge directly in the yard. Numerous excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in the immediate vicinity.

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.
