Cozy apartment on Mondsee. Distance to the bathing area for optimal relaxation approx. 5 minutes' walk. (about 250 m) The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a balcony. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room and 1 bathroom. Since we are currently renovating (rebuilding), the balcony and outdoor area are unfortunately not finished yet, but the balcony can still be used. Barbecue and chairs in the garden are freely usable Large parking is free and right in front of the property.

Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

Our Gästestöckl is fantastically and quietly located on the Linz Pöstlingberg. It is a small one-room apartment with its own garden area with terrace solely for the Gästestöckl. The "Einschnitt" stop of the mountain railway line 50 is only a few meters away and takes you directly to Linz's main square. A private parking space is also available.
