A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bikes can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

There are public transport by bus 1 km from the property and long-distance trains and commuter trains 8 km from the property. The accommodation is primarily for 2 people but an extra bed can be set up. At a cost of SEK 200/night, a nearby cottage on the property can also be used as a sleeping place for another person.
