The cottage is winterized. Water-based underfloor heating and electric heated hall floor, wood-burning stove and access to extra elements if needed

The house, which consists of three apartments, was built in 1929 and is located in a nice garden with lots of flowers during spring and summer. Close to the commuter train station and 2 stops to Stockholm City. Grocery store and restaurants are in the neighborhood and it is walking distance to Mall Of Scandinavia and Friends Arena.
