Close to Bath & Bristol - both 9 mins away by train. 10-15 min walk or 3 min drive to the train station. 15 min walk to Keynsham High Street's shops, bars & restaurants. Our local pub the Lock Keeper is a 5 min walk away. We are alongside the River Avon - from the front door you can walk straight over the fields. The Swan pub in Swineford is roughly a 45 min walk away & The Bird in Hand in Saltford is approx the same, all of which serve good food. There are many quality golf courses close by.

This unique space is the perfect retreat for two in a village location with Georgian Bath six miles in one direction and vibrant Bristol six miles in the other. And when you want to escape from the delights of these very different cosmopolitan centres there are many beautiful walks here on the edge of the Cotswolds to explore, with two lovely country pubs within walking distance.
