Our apartment is in a beautiful family-friendly area within walking distance to the city center. It is right on the Copenhagen Harbor, which is very clean and where the people of Copenhagen swim in the summer. There is no traffic here, as it is at the end of a road and there are no parties and noise, as in the old part of Islands Brygge. With the city's footbridges and bicycle bridges, you are close to the city and yet a little withdrawn. The apartment was built in 2018 and is bright and modern with everything you need.

The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. On the lovely Halsnæs close to Lynæs , this unique home is rented out in the middle of a flower garden. It has been newly renovated, respecting the house's 170-year history, and includes a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

There is a big balcony with grill and chairs with table for breakfast. Nordhavn is a new and modern area in Copenhagen. There is an area for swimming, sun bathing and even floating sauna. 300meters to a metro stop (Orientkaj stop). It takes 10min to the city center by metro and 15min by bicycle. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The Guesthouse is located close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your visit. It's close to the sea, harbour and beach. The bathing pier 'Sneglen' is well-known on Amager. A beautiful walk on the paths leads you to the possibility of renting various equipment for water sports or other facilities fx mini golf. Besides this you can find supermarked within only 3 minutes walk. The Guesthouse is close to Dragør, the Airport, Christiania and Copenhagen City (including Nyhavn).
