Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Nice warm apartment you have for yourselves with mini kitchen, bathroom and lovely bed with down duvets. Private entrance. Nice environment. Wifi and TV. Extra small cozy living room with radio. The enjoyment takes place in the countryside, filled with nature and good views directly over Arresø. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.
