My little house is an affordable place to stay with an ideal location. Turn off and find the accommodation at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, everything you need is available. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The accommodation is 800 meters from the train station, a ten-minute walk from the golf course and 250 meters from the ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and microwave, of course.

The cottage is well secluded, in our garden, in a quiet, leafy-green area. 5 minutes from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 minutes from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. 25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

Overnight stay near E4/E6, electric vehicle charging possible

Newly-built guest house in the host family's yard with its own toilet and shower that is far enough away not to be disturbed by the E6 motorway but close enough to be able to park two minutes after driving off of it. Quiet, rural place with only a few neighbors. No parking problems and charging options available for electric car drivers at cost price. Charging is paid on site. Fantastic unique tinyhouse that fits 4 grown ups or a family with up to 3 kids. You have everything you need: bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 400 meters away. The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.

Suitable as a vacation home for 2 people or a stay for business people. The house is insulated, there is a heat pump and can therefore also be used in the winter.
